Nowadays, people of all ages from certain parts of the world spend most of the time at home rather than going outdoors. Discuss the reasons, is this negative or positive development?

Currently, there are numerous disputes about indoors activity. It is generally believed that people from all generations prefer to stay at home rather than go out. In this essay, I will discuss some causes of this trend and explain why I am in two minds.

School teachers are more responsible for social and intellectual development of students than parents. To what extent do you agree or disagree? what is your opinion.

Nowaday, children spend one-thirth of day time in school with teachers. Children not only gaining knowledge from teaches but also learning social skills from them in school. In the modern era, parents have to work during weekdays and may lack of time of being with their kids. I agree with the statement that school teachers are standing in a more important position than parents in the development of social and intellectual for kids.

Some people prefer shopping in shopping centers, while others prefer local markets. What are the advantages of each? Share your opinion and any personal experience in your answer.

Shopping has become an indispensable part of every person life and they enjoy lot when they are doing shopping in the shopping malls or local markets. Although it is sometimes thought many people choose shopping malls for shopping, others believed that local markets are more prefered by humans. In my opinion, I considered that shopping malls have more benefits, but the importance of local markets should not neglect.

Many large cities around the world lack affordable housing. What problem does a lack of affordable housing cause? How can these problems be overcome? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Everyone hopes to own their own house. However, the rapid economy has led to the house price increasing in the developed cities. The majority feel pressured that they could not afford the expensive house prices. Without a fixed houses, they have to abandon the superior jobs and return to their hometown. In my opinion, the root of this problem is that government lack of relevant files to balance the economy.

According to many, both sexes education require segregation of schools whereas others are against it. This essay clarifies how religion and culture can lead to different types of schools. However, mixed sex institutions can contribute significantly and eliminate bias in certain male-dominated professions.

Nowadays, seeking for the story behind the residence becomes popular among some people. They believe that finding the fact about the past can make their life better especially in terms of making a decision. In addition, technology is the useful approach for searching this information.

Some people believe that teenager should be required to do unpaid community work in their free time . This can be benefit teenagers and the community as well . To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There are people who think that there should be a requirement for teenagers to do a nonprofit volunteer work for society in their spare time. This assay agrees with the statement because not only there will be more volunteers to provide helps the community is needed but also working in their free time can keep young generations away from the bad distractions.

Job-hopping has been a growing trend in recent years, especially among the younger generations who no longer view doing the same job throughout their working life appealing. The causes for this trend are manifold, and I will discuss three the major reasons and elaborate on the danger of switching roles too frequently in this essay.

Some people think that it is a moral obligation for developed countries to provide international aid to developing countries while others worry that the aid might possibly be misused by the governments of the poor countries and cannot actually help the poor people to improve their living standard. It has been argued that developed countries are obliged to provide support to third-world countries, while opponents claim that such financial aid could hardly reach mass of people, having been stolen by their governments. Without denying these risks, I strongly believe that international assistance to undeveloped economies is a win-win solution.

These days individual lashes decide to be self-employed instead of working for some organization or a company. In my perspective, there are several reasons behind the aforementioned phenomenon and there could be a few cans of being self -employed which would be discussed in the following paragraphs.

In order to study at university, students are required to pay expensive tuition fees. Not all students can afford them, so some people think that university education should be free for everyone. To what extent do you agree or disagree

In the contemporary era, there is a heated argument over the issue that academies finance costly tuition fees. A little bit of students affords them. Others people think university education should be unoccupied for the public. A lions-share of society favours it. however, the rest go awerse it, the following paragraphs would highlight my personal perspective along with costly tuition fees and free education.

In the present, with the advance of technology, many sub development countries have been influenced by other nations not only in relation to foods and art but also in the way of using clothes. Certainly, clothes can demonstrate plenty of the culture of some people. There are many causes to this issue and this progress tends to be a negative development.

Since people are gradually achieving every aspect of life, they are currently in a ceaseless pursuit of true happiness which is often lacking. However, the definition of this varies from one to another and is hard to determine. In this contemporary era , major varieties of subjects are available in universities for students. Therefore , one skool of thought reccons that every student is independent to choose his/her desirable subject. Indeed , some natives argues that universities should only allowed practical subjects related to science and technology section which would be more beneficial in the future. The facts of the thesis will be demonstrate with my personal opinion in the followings paragraphs.

It has been widely suggested that children who begins reading earlier before thier academics , have a greater benefit to perform better than ordinary students later on in school life. Juveniles with having strong reading skills can easily obtain good score in exams as well as many other improvements related to studies can be improved. There are also further pre-school factors plays a vital role in child's academic achievements. Which will be elaborated briefly in upcoming paragraphs.

Some individuals predict that traditional printed items such as newspapers and books will be replaced by the online system because it can be read without paying. In my opinion, I agree with this statement since using advanced technology can be more friendly for environment and timing saver.

Since every family have a different background, they present different education strategies. While some parents are teaching their children to obtain something good from their proper behaviour, others believe that it is better to educate through punishment. In my opinion, since kids new generations are experiencing social changes, people should find a balance between recognising good actions and the consequences of behaving badly.

It has been debated that some people believe that it is a good way to accept a bad circumstances like getting unsatisfaction in job or capital shortage while others think that it is better to endeavour to escape from such situations. This essay will examine both points of view and argue in favour of the latter.

So important has the phenomenon of early-stage second language introduced to the children. I personally believe that this trend has more positive. This essay will discuss this statement analyzing both sides of the arguments that lead to this issue.
