In recent times, people’s tendency towards raising and bringing up offspring has postponed to the older ages. I believe that this preference would definitely have a host of reasons behind it companied by a negative impact on societies. This essay will discuss reasons as well as drawbacks.

In this fast pace world, majority of individuals prefer to work for the same company on a long run. Business should hire those workers who are loyal to the company in any suituation .
