Nowadays projects concerning urbanization and revitalization are sweeping through small and large cities alike at a rapid pace. Stemming from that is the belief some people hold that new, contemporary architecture has made cities more appealing during the last hundred years. Personally, while I do agree that remodeling has done some places justice, I am of the opinion that modern architecture is often tacky and ruins cities’ ambience.

From my point of view, teachers who acquired a high degree, seek for career development and high salaries, which can not be provided by rural communities. Government actions towards development of infrastructure and provision of career growth, can create a comfortable environment for teachers to work and educate students of countryside.
