In contemporary,one of the issues is an insufficient level of a physical activity which really concerns doctors worldwide. In this essay, I will touch on the main challenges of this trend and suggest solutions to address this matter.

Younger older people nowadays can not be separated from their smartphones because of the improvements in technology. This situation can lead to many cases or even problems. In my personal views, the daily use of smartphones by children is a negative development.

Many people had to move from there country for work porpuses which keep them away from their friends and families, there re advantegas and disadvantegs , i will discuss booth of them , and i held believe that the advantages are more outweigh the disadvantages.

There has been incresing number of prisoners in recent years. However, there are predominantly two constrasting views, where a section on society claims that imprisonment is the msot effective solution, while other emphasize that involving them in social services is more successful way in reducing criminal behavior. I believe that volunteer work appears to be more rational rather than imprisonement.
