Some people believe that scholars should fund their own education as it is only beneficial for them rather than for society. Others believe that education costs should be subsidized as it also brings benefits to society. In this essay I will argue that education funds should not be fully charged to the scholar but also need to be subsidized by other parties especially the government as it has cumulative impacts to the society.

I partially agree with this idea. Despite the cost allocation for university education, which paid by the government may be potentially misplaced, I believe there are still a lot of potential young students who need to be supported by the goverment to pay their college tuition fees.

So I believe it would be better for the nations to invest more funds into the well-known festivals, rather than stopping funding these special occasions.
