The growing trend of universalizing tertiary institutions has sparked a debate among academias. Proponents of this practice vouch for its potential for increased access to knowledge and economic growth, while the opponents argue for degree inflation and erosion of work experiences. After weighing up both views, I believe that the downturns of such a change pale in comparison with its benefits.
Nowadays, most people have a formal education from kindergarden to university. Approximately for 22 years old youngster, they have spent 18 years in their life in formal education. Some university graduate taking a gap year is an opportunity to enhance their knowledge and experience; while, others see it as a reckless action of wasting time. Nevertheless, I would say that taking a gap year can be such a rewarding activity for students for some reasons that are set out below.
Education has become an important part of everybody's life. Despite that, many university students take a year of travelling after their graduation. This actions are viewed to bring positive benefits, such as enhancing their knowledge and experience; while, others see it as a reckless action of wasting time. Nevertheless, I would say that taking a gap year is not an effective decision for a graduate for some reasons that are set out below.
As the paucity of accomodation is looming as an ongoing challenge of the contemporary society, manifold governments suggest repurposing parkland as residential areas. From my perspectives, I am staunchly opposed to this petition due to enourmous advantages that parklands offer
The level of noise has become an ongoing issue in today's era. Noise is increasing day by day in many public places in cities. The main cause is traffic and loud speakers in the public places. There are some measures which can be taken to eradicate this on going issue.
Undoubtedly, immense amount of traffic and pollution issues has become the major problem in today's world. However, maximum changes in petrol rates and multifarious effective measures can overcome the above- mentioned obstacles.This essay will discuss my opinion in the upcoming paragraphs.
Some hold the idea that the ubiquity of social media houses is a major disadvantage, as it blurs the line between various countries, leading to a presumable loss of cultural identity. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the merits of this so called homogenization outnumber the drawbacks. Not only does digitalization instill a sense of unity amongst population, but also it brings numerous people living in foreign countries together while eliminating the feeling of being a stranger.
Nowadays, there are some people who think that contributing to scientific research is a waste of money. In my humble opinion, it's the best way to increase the economy of developed countries as well as developing countries. Moreover, it could help to improve significantly the quality of people's lives all around the world.
Importation of food all over the world tends to provide diversity in food in few countries. I, believe there are significant benefits of transporting food and enjoying various cuisines rather than depending upon on local food only.
With the ongoing cultivation of AI in the art industry comes a pertinent question of whether the utilization of AI in creative spaces should be continued. Some advocate that AI art represent a groundbreaking leap artistic innocation and push the boundaries. Others, however, doubts this statement as they claim that AI art poses a threat to the conventional notions of human artistic expression. From my perspective, the latter is clearly more convincing and in what follows, I will provide relevant evidence and reasoning to further substantiate this stance.
With the advent of the internet, society has witnessed a revolution in many aspects of life, and entertaining is of no exception. New kinds of pastimes have appeared and probably, one of the most prominent recreations is social media. Rarely do we see a person without a phone full of social media nowadays and it might be what people spend most of their times with. However, this raises a critical question of whether the incremental popularity of these new kinds of entertaining is actually beneficent or there may exist a potential risk to our daily lives. After weighing up both the merits and demerits of this practice, I myself believe that the former far outweighs the latter, thus substantiating further pursuit of the above enquiry.
