Employees sometime ask people applying for jobs for personal information such as their hobbies and interest and whether they are married or single.Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful while other disagree.To what extent do you agree.

Some people find that personal questions related to marital status and hobbies are relevant and can add to value to the interview process, while others find this irrelevant. In my opinion, the personal background of a candidate contributes a little in decision making process and only creates biases which is neither good for the candidate or for the company. This topic will explore both point of views and provide the supporting reasons why I think that asking personal information is not relevant.

Nonetheless, I believe that rich nations do not benefit by generating more income, owing to improvements and advancements that they have already made. Education is always important for young people to be successful in their life. It has been like a working culture for young workers to not care about the concept of "work-life balance". They tend to focus on giving the best at work and dedicating themselves to it. In my opinion, it is such a bad culture which lead to a decrease performance by workers.
