Others believe the money should be spent o improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. In many countries, some people believe that paying large amount of money on constructing new railway routes for super fast trains is crucial, whereas other people claim that spending money on development of present public transportation is more necessary. I think this is a challenging topic but with some reasons it is better to finance in improving public transportation.

It is said that houses without outdoor areas is attributed to the increasing growth of individuals. As people would suffer from mental problems and lose family connection, I contend that this phenomenon is totally negative development.

Regarding the fact of overpopulation in developed cities, land for outdoor activities in small residential area is being cut. This can be a negative alteration for the society because people have to cope with the lack of relaxing atmosphere in their homes.
