But this can be either good or bad because, sometimes some issues don't need immediate attention and it can be cured by a simple solution at home.

I totally agree with the official regulations to protect adolescents from danger especially in some areas where crime rates are considerably high. Curfews or boundaries need to be imposed for the teenagers’ safety interest. At night, when most people are confined in their home, crime is more likely to occur. Furthermore, it is pointless for these youngsters to roam around at wee hours as they still need to attend school in the morning.
