The effectiveness of distance-learning has long been a topic of debates. Some people believe that courses learning far from university might not as good as those taken by attending a college or university. Considering the above arguement, I think that the efficiency of distance-learning might depends on various reasons and cases.

Since civilization becomes increasingly modern in recent years, the relevancy of using unique and uncommon languages gradually vanishes. Many groups of people, especially like native tribes, must eventually adapt their way of living by using a language agreed by the ruling power for communication efficiency. The ease of having fewer languages is true, yet language disappearance will affect the related culture’s livelihood throughout time.

Nevertheless, some love to stay where they have born, mostly due to the emotional attachments. Such a decision has advantages as well as disadvantages.
