While some professionals are suggested to persue their career within the country where they did their training because they are more familiar and need less adapation. However, by staying in the same place restricted their learning opportunities. Being able to deceide work place freedomly also came with some disadvantages such as understanding the patients cultural background in medical field. I believe that it is better for students to be able to explore new experiences and thus be ready for knowledge adaptations.

To begin, at present due to globalization there's a huge competition in society for jobs and well-being. About 60-70 years earlier, people tend to focus more on jobs related to their physical strength but nowadays the situation has changed. Also, people are not limited to their birthplaces anymore for work and they even travel overseas and find better job opportunities hence the job market has become very much more competitive than a few decades back.
