It is indeed true that a growing number of employees struggle to strike a perfect balance between their work and personal lives. Several factors could be contributing to this issue, and there are potentially effective methods to address it.

Many of people believe that invironemnt problems are govermments responsible ,,However the individual can't solve it ,while the public firmly thinks that government should do the first step to solve environmental issues, In this essay I will explore more this point of view.
