In the modern world, the old labor is appreciated in some aspects of various circumstances, while the youth is assessed to be more essential in other places. From my point of view, the two statements not only play an important role in life but also vary gradually to have a better work-life balance.

Today’s world, developing countries need to use worker with high ability or specifical skill. Obviously, the top level positions are males while others not agree with this, companies should give the chance to worker as equal without separated genders. I agree with message and I will explain the reasons in this essay.

People who using bicycle and cars can cause several issues because sharing the same lane. This can trigger some problems such as increasing number of accidents and frustating situation for cyclists and drivers. This essay suggest the government to solve this issues by seperating lane for bicycles and cars also making campaign to raise people awareness about the importance to drive and cycle safely in the urban road.

Unfortunately there are a lot of qualified people with important professions that are keen to leave their hometown that is filled with poverty and is not able to pay the deserved money to doctors or professors.This causes them to leave their native land and work in a foreign country.
