Nowadays,There is a controversy on filling up young people to important roles in government sector and nowadays,young people perform vital job in both private and the public sector.There are advantages and disadvantages by filling up young blood to major roles in the public sector and in this essay, it is discuss both views and illustrate to what extent young people suits for the vital roles in government sector .

Some companies offer benefits to their employees, such as vouchers from gyms or sport clubs, in order to improve their productivity and health, whereas other companies believe that there are not benefit on doing this.

Environmental problems are the main issue for mankind nowadays and in order to ensure the continuation of life, governments should look for solutions immediately. Many people believe that if the fuel prices increase, the environmental pollution will decrease and the burden of the world will be reduced. In my opinion, increasing fuel prices cannot solve the problem, instead it can create new paradoxical problems for our life.

In some regions, some people belive that it does not necessary to send all of the people who commit a crime to the prison, espeacially some light crimes while many people belive that all of the person who commits a crime should go to the jail, From my point of view, I agreed with the former view the we must have alternative choices for some less serious crime. My supportive ideas will be shown in the following paragrahs before the conclusion inclined.
