n developed countries the public service problems have been solved for years but I think developing countries should pay more attention on public services such as transportation, health cares, energy supply and so on, because they are more imporatnt than cultural activites like music and theatre. Investment in public service will help economy to remake and shape its mechanism by moderating financial trades and cash flows in big scale.

In this technical era, mobile phones , laptops and such sophisticated items have been more popular among the public.There is an argument that, a free laptop should be given to each student who are entering for higher education.In my perspective, i believe that owing a laptop will be a great privilege in futher education.

As the population of countries grow, the number of elderly and people who are need also increases. Thus, a part of society resourses, whether is provided by families or governments, should be spent on taking care of these people. While in eastern families, this is considered as a family problem; however, this not the best way for tackling the issue. The layout depicts the difference between Grange Park at its opening in 1920 and the park today. Several things were moved but the main changes were the construction of an amphitheater for concerts, the addition of a water feature and an underground park, and the removal of the fountain.
