Computers are machines that can perform multiple tasks at any given time. Nowadays due to advanced technology, computers are part and parcel of everyone's life. Whether we like it or not, in the early part of the 20th century, computers became a part of our daily activities such as using an alarm in our mobile phone to order a dinner online.

The world is currently split between two opposite beliefs: those individuals who sustain that the government must guarantee the right to free online access to every citizen and those who state that it should be paid individually just like many other services. Although internet access may arguably be considered as a service, I think that letting people having free access to it must be considered as necessary.
