A lot of people nowadays have to live far away from their families, due to the increasing opportunities and mobilization in urban areas. Is involvement of youngsters in unpaid work reasonable or could it affect their career? For the longest time in history youngsters have been used as a cheap source of labor. It is believed that a child can work as much as an adult, while being paid less. Till this day it is still common for some poverty-stricken countries to go around the law and involve children in hard work. I disagree that involvement of youngsters in many different aspects is acceptable, because it is unacceptable to take advantage of a younger person who still hasn’t fully developed his self-conscious mind.
