Many working people get little or no exercise either during their working day or in their free time and have health problems as a result. Why do many working people not get enough exercise? What can be done about this problem?

Most of the employees getting less exercise or they don’t get no time to do exercise withing their working hours or after their working hours. Having less physical activity is the major cause for many risky health drawbacks. With these present world economic situation every human tend to earn money. They invest their free time also to earn money but not for their health and family.

It is often argued that old-style ideas from senior members of our society not useful for youth individuals in our society. The diagram displays the process of making Pu-erh tea in both raw tea and ripe tea. Overall, this process involves two main stages of preparing tea leaves to be loose raw tea and the compression process is used to create Pu-erh tea. The difference between raw tea and ripe tea is the process called fermentation by mould which is only founded in the stage of preparing ripe tea.

It's true that many people these days are consuming high levels of sugar, but I don't think that people are not gonna stop buying manufactured food and drink products whether its expensive or cheap. Q. Giving lectures in auditoriums to large numbers of students is an old way of teaching. With the technology available today there is no justification for it, and everything should be done online. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your own opinion.

With the COVID pandemic, technology has given us altogether a new platform to conduct our virtual meetings and lectures. To a great extent, I too believe giving lectures in auditoriums to larger audience is an obselete way especially when we have cost effective digital solution at our disposal.
