There seems to be an increasing trend towards assessing students through exams rather than continual assessment. What are the advantages and disadvantages of exams as a form of assessment?

The assessment approach of a student’s achievements changes every time, to look out which method is best. Due to this reason a new trend of assessing according exam results, became more popular rather than assess during semester time. There are arguments on both sides, however, which we will discuss here.

In the past, shopping was a part of home chores. However, in the recent times people consider it as a leisure time activity. For me, this change in attitude towards going for purchase has the descending trend mainly for the expenses it would cost and the amount of time the buying process can incur.

According to some people’s consideration, bicycle usage should be encouraged and excessive utilize of vehicles should be prevented by governments to resolve traffic congestion and poor air quality. I definitely agree with this argument. Since the vehicles which majority are powered by fossil fuels cause ozone layer depletion and this situation directly affect the climate crisis and air pollution.

It is irrefutable that nowadays, travelling has become more and more popular among people. It is considered by many that travelling gives unforgettable memory, whereas, other opine that this behaviour is completely waste of time as well as money.
