In businesses, a skillset and knowledge packages owned by new employees will determine the success of doing some tasks. Various skillset, both harskill and softskill, need to be complemented and improved by new employees. For hardskill, the competencies to solve a job with high quality is mandatory. However, softskill which is a skill beyond technical aspect is also crucial, mainly related to interpersonal skill.
