Around the globe, in few countries professionals have specific age-criterion to exctract from their designation, whereas; in some states working people are free to continue their professional life until they feel intellectually and physically active, and still capable to concentrate on their job tasks such as in Japan. However, in our country this criterion is differ in both private and public sectors. Modern technology are getting a advance day by day. Automation has changed with the advancement in technology. Some people believes that money needs to invest for better roads and motorways rather to spend on public transportion. I am partial agree with this openion as a spending more money on public transportation will helpful to reduce the pollution and traffic on roads but spending on roads and moterways is helpful for time of people.
