More and more people are moving from rural areas to live in cities. What problems can this cause? How can these problems be solved?

In our days a lot of people prefer living in cities than living in country side. Because urban areas ofer more opportunities for living, such as jobs and education, more villages have been left by teen people.

It is undoubtedly true that investment is required to establish new buildings. However, I agree with this statement that finance should be made to form new modern architects rather than reconstructing those expired buildings at the present time.

Older people often choose to spend money on themselves (e.g. on holidays) rather than save money for their children after retirement.Is this a positive or negative development?

Seniors frequently opt for indulging their funds on their enjoyment,for instance on vacations, than putting aside savings for their heirs after they stop working.I consider that this occurrence has aided many young adults in valuing hard work, however it could potentionally bring hardships to the youngsters as they would be financially unstable.

Nowadays, a lot of people are convinced that the government have to provide help and support to elders, at the same time others believe that people have to concern themselves during their lives. In my humble opinion, we need to find the right proportion between these two points of view. In this essay, I'll try to explain my suggestion.

The old building needed a high cost after it was renovated. Then, new modern buildings are spending a lot of money because the materials are expensive and the architecture is not cheap to give a salary. I totally agree about the statement since the renovation requires the biggest cost and it added new material becoming a modern building.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Wealthy nations often provide some financial assistance to the countries that are facing economic difficulties, however, the approach does not effectively address the root causes of proverty. As far as I concerned, I strongly agree that richer nations should offer other forms of support, as more comprehensive methods are needed to truly help these countries.

Nowadays, Monkeypox has a mortality rate that varies from 0.1 to 10%, and many people are wondering if it will lead to a pandemic like COVID-19 or not? Despite people's fear of the Mpox disease, it will not lead to a panademic as it has a different way of transmission (Maria Cheng,2024). Although there are some similarities between both viruses, but still, the differences are noticeable in the method of transmission, their nucleic acid and their symptoms. In this essay, I will discuss each point for both viruses.

There is no doubt that technology has revolutionized our world in a both positive and negative manner. One of the adverse effects is obesity, people gaining excess weight is a major concern in some parts of the world.

Government fund allocation is a matter which has fueled heated debate. While it is generally agreed that these money should be spend on social matters like art and culture, there are those who argue that the fund should be focused on sciences in general. Personally, I am inclined to support the former perspective.

Changing things is important activities in our life. Some individuals avoid changes and doing same things in their all life, however, others people prefer opposite side and believe that changing is always remarkable things. I party agree with both argument.

Increasing the price of petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

The most optimum method to mitigate growing traffic and pollution is to hike the prices of petrol. I, personally do not find this solution a considerable approach, hence i disagree with the statement.
