The negative reflection to the environment of the extensive plastic utilisation makes different nations increasingly worried. Some people claim that carry out a plastic levy could disincentive its utilisation. I firmly opine that regulation on this issue is essential, not only to preserve the nature but also to stimulate companies’ innovation and the overall prosperity of the world.
