Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

Many people think that there is scarce amount of the trash from homes is reutilized. And they believe that the only way to elevate salvaging waste is for governments to make it a regulatory requirement. I firmly regard that regulations are necessary to make everyone recycle more of their garbage. In this essay I will explain about why we need regulations for recycle wastes and how it will effect on our social life.
