A lot of major cities are facing the big problem of traffic and housing because of large companies and factories. This leads to a solution that those facilities and their employees could be moved to the countryside. However, there are many arguements around this way because of some reasons.

There is no doubt that the youth of a country is the key to its development. Although few political critics argue that huge number of college graduates lead to the issue of shortage of jobs in the market, many believe that a nation can thrive if it has a large educated pool of generation supporting it. I completely agree with the latter point of view. In this essay, I will discuss both the views and explain with examples certain factors such as growth of the country, to my support.

Is it a good idea to teach adolescents at school how to be a good parent? This essay totally agree with that concept. Young people should be aware of how many responsibilities they will have after having a baby and how important is to be able to afford all that children may need.

Transport is the Backbone of any nation. Citizens used subways and highways for their import and export of goods as well as, for their commute. Therefore, many people argue that government should invest money in railways it is cheaper than any other public transport while others believe the administration should spend on highways . From my perspective, it is better to spend money on the rail lines. I will articulate my pinpoints in a forthcoming paragraph.

To begin with the first question, some employees stick around with their employer for a long time, even a lifetime, because of comfort. Working for the same company gives a person a sense of confidence and familiarity not just in relation to work but also with the company's culture, people, and environment. Some people feel like it is a comfort zone for them, and there is no need to change and move into a new working place. Although this may not be true for everyone, there is still no better place to be than to feel safe and comfortable with where we are working. Moreover, some employers offer an additional pay or a retention pay every year to every employee that stays. This is one of the biggest reasons why people keep working for their employers. Although this may not be true for all, an increase in payout sounds appealing.
