In today's years, numerous small local shops have closed because customers commute to large shopping centres or malls to do the shopping because they provide entertainment areas and fun activities for all ages and can have a strong impact on social development.In this essay I will discuss both positive and negative effects on development.

I agree to a certain degree with the statement “examinations are the only effective way to assess students”. Nevertheless is not the best and most optimum to graded students performance and grade. The reason behind that is not every single students is the same and they have different traits.

Nowadays, most countries improve their residents’ living standard through economic development, but the lost of some social values is posing an imminent threat to the society, thus putting a strain on society’s environmental preservation and heritage conservation. So from my viewpoint, I believe the disadvantages of the phenomenon outweigh the advantages.
