Many people are having diffuculties getting enough sleep I personally believe that this is due to a number of reasons like: social medias, work and stress. A lot of people now a days are exposed to social media and keeps on scrolling to different social media platform before going to bed, also in my experience I also browse my social media accounts before going to bed, which sometimes cause me to lose track of time. Sometimes I find myself being entertained on some videos that causes me to lose my sleepiness.
