Some people believe that how employee work well is a good way to asses productivity and efficiency, while others argue that the number of customers is a better indicator of a company's potential for success.

During the past few years, E-learning gained popularity. With the spread of the global pandemic, people were encouraged to practice social distancing. Therefore, schools replaced in-person learning with virtual classrooms. As a result, this concept became well-liked by students. However, online education has positive impacts as well as negative impacts. In the below paragraphs, I will elaborate on the advantages as well as the disadvantages of virtual learning.

There are argumentative notions heating a debate over investigation into family history or next generations. While some claim that we should investigate their familial background, the opposite makes a statement that we should concentrate on current and upcoming generations. While the former is valid to some extent, I consider myself an advocate of the latter.

These days, some people say that shopping in different countries are becoming more similar when there is less different in products around the world. Some people think this cause negative effects, while the others do not agree with that opinion. I believe this is such a bad development, and in this essay, I will talk about my opinion and provide my own evidences.

In today's Mechanichal era, traffic congestion is a pervasive issue in large cities worldwide, cities are stuck with vehicles and creating traffic jams on roads. This essay will discuss how excessive number of automobiles and outdated public transport system are the main caused of this problem and the most viable solution , to improve communal transport system and reduce the jam in roads.

I agree that rich countries does not solve poverty by giving the poorer country money. The main reason is because it does not help the economic situation in poorer country to move. They will just using the money for the things that not going back in return. Personally, I believe making a program to help poorer country to understand how to make things work will be better. The program can be started with build a bonding with the country by sending help at first, it will increase gradually not only financial or physical needs but richer country can provide poorer country an education like scholarship or building a new system in their education. For the second statement, I have to agree in one side that developed countries can give other types of help rather than financial aid. The other type of help that they can give is volunteers, where they make a program and assign groups of people from their country to be participating in the program. The main cause of this problems are less bonding between parents and children relationship ,and teachers neglecting poor academic performance in the class . Smoking has been prohibited in public areas ranging from Bus stands, and railway stations to parks. This essay agrees with this assertion because this will not only alleviate the impacts on non-smokers' health but also motivate the smoker to quit this unhealthy habit.

From my perspective, I partially agree with the statement that most of citizens will be moved towards automation settlement methods. However, there are certain people still refuse to use their debit cards.
