Although most people are richer than I the past,modern life seems very stressful,and the number of people suffering from stress is at record levels.What are the main causes of stress in modern life,and how could stress be reduced?

Being stress on daily bases is becoming increasingly widespread phenomenon. As the lifestyle of individuals’ are growing up, diverse severe problems occur related to the stress these days.However, the affluent people can not to avoid stress levels which will be discussed in the following paragraphs as well as possible strategies for addressing them.
