I think people doing that because they have the cognitive to protect the historical value of the buildings and the sense of connection that people felt within the exploration. In order to research the history of them, people can gather the knowledges and memories that elder citizens around them have and go to the libraries in their cities.

In short, these elements affect the development of poorer countries. Therefore, richer nations need to cover the basic needs such as health, education and trade. Drugs are something that could give some effect to people’s mind or physical state. Some drugs are prohibited to use as they can destroy the health of people who consume them.
