Children are taught to make as many attempts as possible to achieve what they target in certain cultural backgrounds. One of many advantages this can bring is the encouragement to find all the way to make the dream come true instead of later regrets. In contrast, mental breakdown from self doubt is brought up as potential cons following children's constant attempts without progress.

In some part of the world, a group of people trust that small number of people earning extraordinarily large amount of revenues benefit the country while others against it. Another group of people who disagreed believe that government should control the salaries into a limited ceiling. This essay will explain the ideas of both side of the coins and also express my own opinion.
