These two options are controversial ones. In my opinion, they both have disadvantages and advantages. I base my opinion on the following points.

I believe that both two motivations are important to reach goals and in this essay I will discuss both these points of view and give my opinion.

It is noteworthy to bear in mind that helping those communities can bring positive consequences for the developed countries. However, I am completely in disagreement with the above-said idea. The following essay will overlook some of my rationales.
