Nowadays many people choose to be self-employed, rather than to work for a company or organisation. Why might this be the case? What could be the disadvantages of being sellf-employed?

In recent years, a great number of individuals decide to run their own business rather than work for others. From my point of view, there are various reasons behind this phenomenon. It might have its advantages, on the contrary, there are a plethora of drawbacks as well. In this essay, I will elaborate on this more in detail.

Arguably, in tertiary level education, some institutions are lecturing through the internet these days, being the apprenticeship process thoroughly online. Personally, I believe that it is a negative development since it raises doubts about the seriousness of the proceeding. Albeit, it has its advantages. This essay will shed light on both sides of the view and provide anecdotal evidence to prove the arguments.

The first problem that needs to be considered is this belief or value would be useful for a kid's upcoming level of life or not. Many factors are related to these phenomena. Internal and external factors contribute to these reasons. Furthermore, we need to assess and evaluate the good and the bad impacts. It is such an incredible aspect when parents always suggest their kids obey the rule of being hard-work pupils.

Nowadays there is a debate if the teenagers who commit crimes should be judge such adults. In my opinion, young people should be punished under the specific laws made to them.

Currently in the most developed societies, there are specific laws to protect the children and teenagers but also these laws not only protect them also they regulated their criminal acts like burglary or possession of drugs ,For instance, in ,Spain we have “Ley del menor” . If some young commit a crime, the punishment will be adapted to their circumstances and more importantly, to his/her age. Besides, there are juvenile centres to support the law, in which youngers could serve an adapted sentence until they are 18.

As I enter the classroom, the only thing I can feel is my immerse relief of not being late. The sharp needle on the clock stood by the number 8 and glassy surface reflected the winter sunlight.
