According to a survey, The people have to do workout regularly to maintain their health. An exercise is mandatory to survive in a daily basis. The diet plays an important role in our regular life. Physical activities are also an important and related to our well-being. The causes and solutions were discussed in the following paragraphs.

I believe that taking risks is something necessary for growth. But I believe that it needs to be done with careful considerations, the advantages does not always outweigh the disadvantages. For example, taking the risk to try a new career path without any experience in that field. I would not suggest you to instantly quit your job and put all your effort in the new career you're building. Do you already have a saving enough to support your basic needs while you're building this new career? Is it necessary to quit your current job, or would it be possible to continue with your current one while building the skills necessary for the new one? Risk is not something I'd recommend to take without understanding your current condition and the risk you're taking well.
