Parenting is not an easy task in this contemporary society. In some regions, two different roles belong to father and mother. Many reasons behind this situation, sometimes it will affect for the children's development. In this essay, I will examine all the perspectives and how the parenting role should be change in the future.

Many employees can now do their work from home using modern technology. However, this change may only benefit the workers, not the employers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

With modern sophisticated technology, instead of travelling to work, a greater number of working are working from home, connecting their computers or other devices to the internet. As such, working traditions have changed with a new trend nowadays, while others believe that it only satisfies the employee rather than the employer. In my opinion, although both views have merit, I agree that working remotely does not only satisfy personnel but also the company management.

Working from the office has some advantages that working from home does not. While it can be agreed that extra freedom an employee gets from working from home is not bad, nothing is better than working from the office. This is true for several reasons. First and foremost, the office is a community and people should respect it, especially employees. Secondly, teamwork can inspire everyone included to give it their maximum. Finally, office activities and pastimes are worth it more than staying at home.

There is a rising concern related to the imbalance of living standards between rural areas and urban ones. This problem stems from the countries economic development mainly concentrates on cities, yet it can be tackled by decentralization which spreads opportunities and investment in rural areas.

In today's economy,more and more people are choosing to work for themselves and be self-employed instead of being an employee as they want a more flexible Life -work balance, but this could lead to some obstacles which they would need to overcome in order to be successful.

In the past it was only possible to contact people at home by letter or telephone. Nowadays, mobile devices mean that we can communicate with people anywhere and at any time. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

Telephone or letter was the only way to communicate with people back at home in the past. However, these days people are using mobil devices to connect with other people anywhere and anytime. This of course have more advantages than disadvantages because mobile devices offer conveniences and offered better ways to communicate rather than old methods.

In modern times, historical sites are often visited by tourists from other countries rather than locals. Permanent residents living near museums may feel they can visit anytime without planning a trip abroad. To make these sites more attractive to locals, special pricing or cultural events introducing their history could be provided.

As a consequence of getting minimal exercise, either while at work or when they are off, employed people suffer from health issues. This because of a lack of time and designated gym sessions could solve this problem.

Even though, Increasing number of the people are using computers and other electronic means to get information. I dont agree that newspaper and magazine's production should come to a halt. As reading newspaper is beneficial to a reader and to the stakeholders of the industry behind its production.
