In many countries today, crime novels and TV crimes drams are becoming more and more popular. Why do you think these books and TV show are popular? What is your opinion of crime fiction and TV crime dramas?

Now a days people have a contentious argument over the popularity rise of crime novels and TV serials. The public have their own justification why this type of drama lead an important role in their life however I would like to emphasize my personal notion about the sudden inclination of popularity among the spectators. And how this affect our life.

It is opine by some people that their should be based on wages, in order to give security for their family. Although, wealth is necessary to complete basic needs, yet comfortable environment and job satisfaction are also matter of concern while they are choosing job.

The issue of climate change and environment is indeed a major concern in the recent years. As one of the emerging countries, Indonesia has been undergoing rapid development in business and better infrastructure systems. Consequently, this swift evolution comes with another issue of pollution. This is substantiated by the fact that CO2 emissions as an indicator of environmental damage which continue to increase from year to year. Data from International Energy Agency shows that the buildings and construction sector accounted for 39% of energy and process-related carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions in 2018.

These days a high number of people are competing with the young generation for the same jobs. The main problems associated with it are mental health issues and demotivation at work, and the most viable solutions are advertising jobs with different classifications and giving equal opportunity to both generations.

It has been claimed that workers over 50 are not responsive to the rapidly changing ideas in the modern workplace and for this reason younger workers are to be preferred. In these modern times, it has been argued that employees aged above 50 do not respond to the fast transforming ideas in the recent working environment and this leads to the preference for younger employees. I completely reject this statement with persuasive reasons and exemplars that can be put forth. First of all, older employees over 50 are keenly interested in the trend-new workplace as much as younger employees because it’s related to task performance. To be specific, in general, these workers aged above 50 are working as managers who are responsible for making better achievements in their work field. Moreover, in recent years, the conditions of the workplace have become a crucial part of business. This is because tons of studies have proved that a working environment can encourage workers to accelerate better results in their task. In today’s world, with the economy population improvement, the quantity of waste generated is also on rise. However, there are some actions the government can take to support minimase this fact, such as education and fines aplication.

A group of people believe that vaccination to minors could have adverse effects, So, they argue that vaccination to children is not mandatory. Though there are some disadvantages like side effects and counter productive nature of the vaccines, there are also some advantages that should be considered before we conclude that vaccination is not compulsory for people below the age of 18.
