Psychology researchers at Kansas State University conducted investigations into the correlation between people’s positive work experiences and their family interaction. The survey revealed that engagement in work and mood in daily lives had mutual interaction. The investigation also unveiled the facts that this interaction varies from day to day and that the daily dedication to work held a positive effect on well-controlled workloads. Conversely, it was disclosed that negative forms of job involvement like workaholism and work addiction had a negative impact on their home life. Professor Culbertson concluded that whether employees showed positive work-to-family attitudes depended on the management abilities of the organisations.

Due to advanacement of technology , nowdays , guardians are supportings adolescents to spend more time on technology included tablets and screens because they believe that this will improve their technological skills . It is true that some prefer to live in one place through their whole life which makes them happy , however, other people like to try living in many different locations. Although people by maintaining their position when settling down , have a static social life and they claim moving is so hard, however the majority and I believe that when moving to other places to live people can try different experiences and find many other friends. So I believe living in different places is worth it.
