The most effective way in order reducing pollution due to transportation's discards is to impose a higher tax on several kind of vehicle which use a lot of fuel and lower tax on vehicle which do not use a lot of fuel. I agree to that idea because vehicles that use a lot of fuel usually are the older and produce more pollution than the newer one.
