The rate of idividuals who are at risk of serious health problems because being overweight is rising. So, in this essay, I am going to discuss both of the reasons and problem in overweight.

The popularity of social media is increasing among all age people. However, sharing private information on social media has a lot of risks. I believe that while social media fosters communication among people despite national and cultural boundaries, the benefits of social media outweigh the drawbacks because it hinders the privacy and safety of the users.

However, I completely disagree with the notion that punishment is the best way to achieve this. While parents and teachers can use certain disciplinary measures, there are more effective and constructive approaches to teaching good behavior.
