In my opinion the two ways (accepting bad situations and improving situations) do really make sense. But there are clearly advantages and disadvantages to it. Let’s talk about the first one, Accepting bad situations. For me this way is the least effective way, let me show you an example. My friend got heartbroken in august, since the day he broke up with his girlfriend he tried to accept it but it’s really hard because he still remembers the memories that they have together.
