In daily life, health plays an important role in our lives. If we want to have a good life we require to have good health. So I decided to make a change to my lifestyle to try and look after my health but the one I’d like to tell you about is what I did I do to improve my sleep.
Nowadays, some nations encourage using bicycles in cities by spending a huge amount of money on them. There are several reasons behind this such as reducing traffic and air pollution. I believe that better infrastructure for cycling is one of the best solutions.

There are many diverse generations in each country.However,nowadays, the group of the young adult population in some countries are bigger that the group of the elderly population.In my point of view, there are more pros than cons due to several reasons.
In this contemporary epoch, a plethora of people disregards the past or what happened in the past because they believe that it does not have any value to our present lives. I disagree with the above-mentioned statement and the following essay will elaborate further with examples.
