It is not uncommon that many old people today are choosing to live in retirement communities. In this essay, I intend to discuss the main reasons, and I believe that it is a negative development.

It is noticable that tourism gained much popularity since travelling is earsier and comfortable nowadays. Any workforce member should retire in one day. Many people saying that there is no need to fixing retirement age for any employer except their job title. They expect some job categories would set out their pension earlier age. I strongly agree with this statement and explain with the reasons in below.
